I already have everything in Excel. Do I have to type it all in again?
No - that's the first thing it does. Upload your aggregator's Excel or the PDFs in your WhatsApp, and it reads the fields and files each policy against the right customer. You review everything before it saves.
Will it work with my aggregator's export? Mine looks different every month.
That's the normal case, and it's handled. It matches your column names against the ones it knows, and reads the values where it isn't sure. Anything left over you map once on a preview screen - not monthly.
I'm not very technical. How long before it's actually useful?

Is my customer data safe? Where is it kept?
