What the app is

RenewLink is a tool to help insurance brokers and agents track policies, renewals, and customers, and to send reminders. It is not an insurer, is not the seller of any policy, and does not provide financial or legal advice. Commission and premium figures shown are estimates to help you plan your work — always confirm actual figures with your insurer or intermediary.

Your account

You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code. Keep your device secure — anyone with access to a signed-in device can use your account. You are responsible for the activity on your account.

Your responsibilities

• Only enter data you are entitled to handle, and have your customers’ consent for the information you store about them.
• Use the app lawfully and in line with IRDAI conduct rules that apply to you as a broker or agent.
• Do not attempt to access another user’s data or disrupt the service.
• Keep uploaded documents to what is genuinely needed, and avoid storing unnecessary sensitive identity documents.

Your data

The customer and policy data you enter remains yours. You can export it or delete your account at any time from Settings. How we handle it is described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability

We work to keep RenewLinkavailable and reliable, but we provide it “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted service. We may update or improve features over time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost commission or business arising from missed reminders, estimates, or service interruptions. The app is an aid, not a substitute for your own records and diligence.

Ending use

You may stop using RenewLink and delete your account at any time. We may suspend access for misuse or to protect other users or the service.
